It is our goal to give
you, our customer, 100% satisfaction. Therefore we offer a 30-day "No
Questions Asked" return policy. If for ANY reason you are not completely
satisfied with your order, you can Contact
Us within 30 days of receiving your order for replacement of product
(equal or lesser value) or for a full refund.
If you have received a sculpted
glass shipment that has been damaged, contact us within 3 days
of the shipment reaching you. We will start the recall process with the
shipping company, and more importantly, get your replacement on it's way! The
30-day return policy does not apply to damaged sculpted
glass! However, if the piece is intact, and you are not
happy with it... then we will gladly refund your money or send you another
product.
We truly hope you do not
need to use this section, but if you do, rest assured that your situation will
be handled promptly and fairly. Please allow up to 3 business days for a
response (but we will usually respond within 24 hours). Please give a 3 to 5
word description of your reason for contacting us in the "Subject" line or
heading, if contacing us by e-mail or USPS.(i.e. "returns-damaged product").
